WSH Officer (Civil/LTA) - Yishun

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) Act, regulations, and all statutory requirements.
• Develop, implement, and monitor safety policies, risk assessments, and safe work procedures on-site.
• Conduct regular site inspections and audits to ensure safety standards are maintained.
• Lead accident/incident investigations and submit reports to relevant authorities.
• Conduct safety briefings, toolbox meetings, and safety training for site workers.
• Liaise with LTA, consultants, clients, and subcontractors on all safety-related matters.
• Prepare and submit all necessary safety documentation, reports, and permits.
• Promote a strong safety culture and foster awareness among all project stakeholders.
• Support the EHS team during external audits, MOM inspections, and LTA reviews.

Requirements:

• Registered WSH Officer with MOM (Singapore).
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience, including on LTA civil projects.
• Familiar with LTA safety requirements, WSH regulations, and ISO standards.
• Strong knowledge of risk assessment, incident investigation, and safety documentation.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to engage teams and subcontractors.
• Able to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary site team.
