• Report directly to the Safety Manager and assist in executing the company’s HSE management system on-site.
• Support leadership in all safety-related areas, ensuring alignment with regulatory and corporate HSE policies.
• Conduct regular site inspections and internal audits to ensure compliance.
• Lead incident investigations, implement corrective measures, and ensure timely incident reporting.
• Oversee all HSE-related activities, including enforcement of safety regulations, and promote a proactive safety culture.
• Maintain accurate records of HSE documentation, reports, communications, and ensure readiness for ISO audits.
• Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for management updates.

Job requirements:

• Minimum NITEC qualification; Engineering background is an advantage.
• At least 2 years of relevant HSE experience, ideally within LTA projects.
• Prior exposure to civil road works and heavy lifting operations is essential.
• Holder of Advanced Certificate in WSH (Level B).
• Certified in "Manage Work at Height" and "Confined Space Assessor" courses.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and digital tools like Google Forms.
• Attained MOM WSHO license (At least 5 Years)
• Proficient in MS office, IT savvy (Google forms etc)
• Prior experience in building or precast works.
