Knowledge and Skills

To collaborate with operations and drive company’s environmental, sustainability & energy efficiency initiatives.
Responsible for plants’ utilities consumption (electricity, natural gas & water) and submission of energy & sustainability related reports to governmental authorities & customers.
Identify energy intensive processes and reduce energy usage through process optimization, modification/retrofitting of energy efficient equipment/device & via IOT controls.
Establish company’s sustainability blueprint to enhance company’s enterprise value.
To explore closed production system (or similar) in energy and product waste recovery within the manufacturing process.
Establish, review & maintain all environmental related standards such as ISO 50001, 14001, 14064 & 14040 etc.
Awareness of global sustainability matters and its impacts towards the Company.
Schedule regular communication with employees to discuss expectations and challenges and help to remove obstacles related to product safety and quality.
Act on comments and suggestions from employees about product safety and quality seriously, and regularly encourage employees to offer ideas about improving product safety and quality.

Allocate time for employees to receive product safety and quality training, as well as regular updates and refresher sessions.

Educational Qualification

Degree in Engineering or equivalent

Professional Qualification

Registered SCEM (Singapore Certified Energy Manager)

Professional Experience

At least 3 years of working experience in sustainability scope

Compressed Air Systems, Energy Mgt Information Systems, Heat optimization/recovery projects.

Skills Proficiency

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (i.e. Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Communication and Interpersonal skills
Problem-solving and Analytical skills
Planning and Organising Skills
Time-management and Multi-tasking skills
