Executive Assistant - Toa Payoh

A leading asset management firm is seeking for an experienced Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to a senior executive. This role requires a proactive, detail-oriented professional with a strong background in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-level administrative support to a senior executive, including managing complex calendars, coordinating travel arrangements, and preparing correspondence.
  • Act as a primary point of contact between the executive and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Organize and coordinate meetings, conferences, and events.
  • Prepare and edit presentations, reports, and other documents.
  • Manage confidential information with the utmost discretion.
  • Anticipate the needs of the executive and proactively take action to ensure smooth operations.
  • Handle expense reports and other administrative tasks.
  • Support special projects as needed.

Requirements:

  • 7-8 years of relevant experience as an Executive Assistant supporting senior management.
  • Proven track record of success in a financial, asset management, or consulting firm.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
