HR Business Partner [ Manufacturing | East ]
- Monday to Friday (8.30am - 6pm)

- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in HR, HR Business Partner, or People Partner roles
- Experience handling employee relations and sensitive people matters
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Good understanding of employment laws and HR practices
- Ability to manage HR initiatives and work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders
Responsibilities:
Corporate HR Advisory- Partner with management and business units to provide HR guidance aligned with company policies and corporate governance.
- Support management in addressing people-related matters with professionalism and sound judgement.
- Ensure consistency in HR practices across business units.
- Support and drive HR initiatives such as policy implementation, organisational changes, and HR improvement projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to implement HR programmes that support business objectives.
- Support recruitment activities including manpower planning, candidate interviews, and stakeholder coordination.
- Ensure hiring practices align with company standards and recruitment policies.
- Support the development and implementation of HR policies and standard operating procedures.
- Handle employee relations matters including disciplinary cases, grievances, and investigations in a professional and fair manner.
- Communicate HR policies and decisions clearly to employees and management.
- Support the organisation’s performance management processes.
- Guide managers on performance discussions, corrective actions, and employee development matters.
- Manage employee relations cases and workplace concerns with a balanced and objective approach.
- Support initiatives that promote a positive and collaborative workplace culture.
- Support payroll processing for senior employees and ensure accuracy and confidentiality of payroll information.
- Maintain HR records and ensure compliance with internal policies.
- Prepare HR reports, workforce data, and insights for management review.
- Support HR budgeting and workforce planning initiatives.
- Ensure HR practices comply with MOM regulations and Tripartite Guidelines.
- Provide guidance to management on employment-related policies and compliance matters.
