1. Warehouse Assistant Cum Delivery Assistant

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist with loading and unloading goods for delivery
• Deliver items safely and punctually to customers
• Support receiving, inspecting, and storing incoming stock
• Pick, pack, and label orders for shipment
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-kept warehouse environment

Job Requirements:

• Training provided, all are welcome to apply.
• Candidates with forklift driving experience are preferred.
• Able to carry heavy boxes weighing up to 25kg and comfortable with prolonged standing.

1. Logistics Assistant & Admin Coordinator

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle delivery documents for local and export sales, coordinate delivery schedules, and keep order records updated.
• Check and manage stock levels, do regular stock counts, and report any issues.
• Prepare documents for outgoing shipments and check incoming goods for accuracy.
• Communicate with team members and work with the warehouse to ensure smooth operations.
• Keep the work area clean and safe, follow rules and procedures, and help with other logistics tasks as needed.

Job Requirements:

• A diploma or certification in logistics or supply chain management is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail with good organizational skills.
• Preferably experienced with handheld scanners and computerized warehouse systems.
• Physically fit and willing to lift cartons manually when required.
