Summary :

• Basic up to $2400 + OT

Key Responsibility :

• Receive, check, and store incoming goods accurately.
• Pick, pack, and prepare items for delivery or shipment.
• Update stock records and assist with regular inventory checks.
• Load and unload goods, ensuring proper handling and placement.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness, safety, and organization.
• Support daily warehouse operations and perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

• Handle inbound and outbound orders, including receiving goods, preparing delivery documents, and ensuring accurate packing and labelling.
• Maintain and update inventory records in warehouse systems, perform regular stock checks, and reconcile discrepancies.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors/transporters to ensure timely deliveries and resolve issues.
• Prepare and manage warehouse documents such as delivery orders, invoices, packing lists, and regulatory forms.
• Generate weekly/monthly inventory and operations reports, tracking KPIs and performance metrics.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and documentation requirements while supporting general administrative tasks.

Job Requirements :

• Possessing a valid Singapore forklift license will be an advantage.
• Entry-level candidates are welcome, as training will be provided.
• Must be willing to work overtime when required.
