Key Responsibilities
- Business Development and Sales
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to generate leads and expand the company’s client base.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and business goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Market Research and Analysis
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential growth areas.
- Analyze customer feedback and market data to refine sales approaches and improve offerings.
- Stay updated on industry developments and emerging opportunities.
- Client Relationship Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to secure profitable deals.
- Address client concerns and resolve issues promptly to maintain long-term relationships.
- Sales Presentations and Proposals
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and pitches to potential clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions that meet client needs.
- Reporting and Performance Tracking
- Track and report on sales performance, pipeline progress, and revenue forecasts.
- Use CRM tools to manage leads, opportunities, and client interactions effectively.
- Provide regular updates to senior management on business development activities and outcomes.
- Collaboration and Coordination
- Work closely with marketing, product, and operations teams to align sales strategies with company goals.
- Provide feedback from clients to internal teams to improve products, services, and customer experience.
