Job Responsibilities
- Develop, design instructional courses and curriculum as required
- Conduct training on various courses including that for beauty treatment technique; theoretical and practical
- Conduct beauty product knowledge training and treatment protocol
- Develop in-house skills assessment checklist; evaluating the clients, beauticians/ therapists, as and if required
- Collaborating with marketing and related teams (to organise and conduct promotional and marketing activities such as beauty workshops, seminars and product launches etc
- To furnish the company with the latest beauty industry information; eg competitors’ activities and beauty care trends, treatment, products etc.
- Work closely with management team on training needs.
- Other ad-hoc tasks/projects assigned
- Min 2 years of beauty training and facilitation skills & experiences
- Must possess a professional certification in Beauty & Spa; preferably CIDESCO, CIBTAC or ITEC and WSQ Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment (ACTA)
- Proficient in English and Chinese to communicate well with clients
- To work independently and as a good team player with a positive attitude and pleasant disposition
- Proactive and able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Able to take on training assignments including on weekends and in the evenings
