OVERVIEW

The Senior Executive / Assistant Manager - Integrated Community Care Provider (ICCP) (Contract) will serve as the administrative Point of Contact (POC) for a sub-regional ICCP network, supporting all partner organizations to effectively collaborate and meet Phase 1 implementation deliverables.

This role requires strong coordination skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for improving senior care through multi-agency collaboration.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Partnership Development & Coordination (40%)
  • Organize and facilitate regular meetings among ICCP partners to build relationships and establish collaborative workflows
  • Support partner organizations in developing shared goals, defining roles, and establishing communication protocols
  • Maintain an updated partner directory with key contacts and service information
  • Facilitate consensus-building among partners for major decisions affecting the sub-region
  • Assist in the creation and implementation of sub-regional referral workflows
  • Document and circulate meeting minutes, action items, and follow-up communications
Administrative Support (30%)
  • Serve as the main administrative contact point between partner organizations and AIC/MOH
  • Coordinate and compile quarterly progress reports for submission to AIC
  • Track and report on key monitoring indicators
  • Process and submit funding claims according to established guidelines
  • Maintain organized documentation related to ICCP implementation
Program & Calendar Management (20%)
  • Coordinate the collection and compilation of schedules from all AACs in the sub-region
  • Develop and maintain a shared sub-regional calendar of activities
  • Support the design and implementation of joint programs between partner organizations
  • Track participation metrics for shared activities and joint programs
  • Help identify opportunities for collaboration based on partners' strengths and seniors' needs
Stakeholder Engagement (10%)
  • Support partner organizations in creating consistent messaging about services for seniors
  • Assist in identifying and engaging with potential community partners beyond the ICCP network
  • Participate in AIC-organized training or briefing sessions relevant to ICCP implementation
  • Share best practices and lessons learned with ICCP network organizations
QUALIFICATIONS, COMPETENCIES & EXPERIENCE
  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare management, social services, public administration, or related field
  • At least 3+ years of experience in community care, healthcare administration, or social service coordination, good understanding of senior care service landscape and related programs in Singapore
  • Strong problem solving and conflict resolution skills, adaptable and resilient
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to partner and build relationships, and work effectively across multiple agencies/organizations
