Summary
As an HR Assistant, you will be reporting to the HR Director / Senior HR Executive. In this role, you will be responsible for the HR operational support across various business lines, which includes, but not limited to, employee welfare, learning and development and employee performance programs in the HR Office.
Job Overview- Full life cycle administration of employees
- Maintain data integrity of HR information
- Support HR initiatives
- Process employee benefits requests and claims
- Organize and coordinate employee welfare related programs, events and activities
- Any other HR duties/projects as assigned
- Accountability and responsibility for safeguarding confidential information at all times

- Minimum Diploma in Human Resources Management / Business discipline with relevant qualifications in a HR related discipline
- Good knowledge in MS Office Applications
