Quantity Surveyor

- Salary: $2800 - $3800
- Diploma/Degree in QS/ Interior Design/ Architecture or equivalent.
- Preferred applicant with Interior / Construction related field.
- Quantity Take-off and Preparation of Bill of Quantities (BOQ)
- Source, evaluate and negotiate with suppliers and subcontractor in terms of quality, timeline, price, terms, deliveries, and services.
- Prepare purchase orders, work closely with subcontractors, suppliers & logistic department to ensure smooth end-to-end logistic flow.
- Assist and support design team in material sample requisition for the assigned Project by the Superior.
- Coordinate with project team to understand their procurement requirement and ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
- Other ad-hoc duties assigned by Superior.
