Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and review tender documents, contracts, and budgets.
- Conduct cost estimation, cost planning, and cost control throughout the project lifecycle.

- Monitor project progress and provide regular cost reports to management.
- Advise on contractual matters, variations, claims, and risk mitigation.
- Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, and clients to ensure cost efficiency and compliance.
Requirements:
- SISV-accredited Quantity Surveyor preferred
- Degree / Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in contracts, cost control, and procurement.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
Preferred:
- Experience with government / large-scale commercial projects.
- Membership with RICS or other relevant professional bodies.
