Job Purpose

Lead network design, optimization, and project management to ensure scalable, secure, and reliable IT infrastructure. Provide advanced technical support, mentor teams, and drive innovation to enhance network performance and service desk operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Network Design & Optimization: Design scalable, secure network architectures, identify performance improvements, and implement solutions to enhance efficiency.
  • Project Leadership: Manage end-to-end IT projects (e.g., network upgrades, service desk enhancements) to ensure timely delivery, budget adherence, and quality standards.
  • Technical Support & Troubleshooting: Serve as a escalation point for critical network and service desk issues, collaborating cross-functionally to resolve challenges.
  • Documentation & Continuous Improvement: Maintain detailed network documentation, generate performance reports, and drive adoption of emerging technologies to future-proof infrastructure

Qualifications and Experience
  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
  • Experience:

o 2–3 years of relevant experience in network engineering, service desk management, or IT infrastructure.

o Strong knowledge of network hardware, security protocols (e.g., firewalls), and cloud technologies.

o Familiarity with ITIL frameworks and service level agreement (SLA) management.
