Requirements:
- Degree/Diploma in IT or Equivalent
- Firsthand experience using industry standard ticketing systems, like Heat, Service Now.
- Extensive hands-on experience with the latest Microsoft products like Azure, One Drive, Office 365
- Hands-on experience with computer hardware.
- Basic IT Security knowledge
- Good knowledge of handling Active Directory related tasks.
- Good Knowledge of remote-control tools like TeamViewer and provide web chat support
- Ability to read, understand and follow technical documentation, routines and processes.
- Basic Idea about Artificial Intelligence.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
