Global Service Desk Consultant (GSD)

Requirements:

  • Degree/Diploma in IT or Equivalent
  • Firsthand experience using industry standard ticketing systems, like Heat, Service Now.
  • Extensive hands-on experience with the latest Microsoft products like Azure, One Drive, Office 365
  • Hands-on experience with computer hardware.
  • Basic IT Security knowledge
  • Good knowledge of handling Active Directory related tasks.
  • Good Knowledge of remote-control tools like TeamViewer and provide web chat support
  • Ability to read, understand and follow technical documentation, routines and processes.
  • Basic Idea about Artificial Intelligence.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
