Business Development Executive (BDE)
  • Salary: SGD $3,000 – $4,000

(Attractive Basic + Uncapped Commissions + Performance Bonuses)

REPs Academy and REPs Connect are expanding, and we are looking for driven, relationship-oriented, and results-focused individuals to join our growing team as Business Development Executives (BDEs).

About the Role

The Business Development Executive (BDE) is responsible for promoting REPs Academy’s SkillsFuture-eligible training programmes, corporate learning solutions, and recruitment services to businesses, HR professionals, Financial Advisory agencies, and working professionals across Singapore.

Key Responsibilities
 A.  Recruitment & Training Academy Business Development
  • Curate and maintain a strong database of HR professionals, business owners, and company decision-makers
  • Arrange Lunch Engagements, networking sessions, and business meetings
  • Present REPs Academy’s corporate training solutions and SkillsFuture-supported programmes
  • Promote training programmes that help companies utilise SFEC and corporate training grants effectively
  • Identify hiring and manpower challenges faced by companies
  • Recommend suitable recruitment solutions through REPs Connect
  • Build long-term partnerships with HR leaders and corporate stakeholders
 B.  Financial Advisory Recruitment & Training
  • Build and manage a database of Financial Advisory leaders and agency managers
  • Conduct appointments and presentations with Financial Advisory agencies
  • Promote REPs Academy’s SkillsFuture-funded and cash-based programmes for agency development
  • Introduce recruitment and training solutions designed to help agencies attract, develop, and retain Financial Advisors
  • Support agency growth initiatives through strategic partnerships
 C.  Sales, Marketing & Social Media Engagement
  • Follow up on leads generated from marketing campaigns and social media platforms
  • Engage prospects through:Calls, WhatsApp, Email, LinkedIn, and Social media platforms including TikTok
  • Support content marketing and brand awareness initiatives
  • Promote REPs Academy’s courses, events, workshops, and networking sessions online
  • Assist in generating leads and appointments through social media engagement
 D.  Networking & Corporate Outreach
  • Represent REPs Academy and REPs Connect at: Networking events Exhibitions Business forums Industry conferences
  • Build strategic partnerships and referral channels
  • Expand corporate and agency networks for long-term business growth

You’re a Great Fit If You:

✅ Have sales, business development, or client-facing experience
✅ Possess strong communication and relationship-building skills
✅ Enjoy meeting people and creating business opportunities
✅ Are confident conducting presentations and business discussions
✅ Are self-driven, proactive, and results-oriented
✅ Have experience in the Insurance or Financial Advisory industry (preferred but not mandatory)

✅ Are comfortable using LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and social media platforms for outreach and engagement
