1 Year Contract Senior Procurement & Vendor Management Executive (Foreign Bank) #BLM

• Manage end to end procurement activities, ensuring cost effective and timely sourcing of products and services
• Partner internal stakeholders to understand purchase requirements and business objectives
• Lead RFP RFQ and RFI exercises in line with procurement policies and governance standards
• Source, negotiate, and evaluate vendors to optimise cost, delivery timelines, and service quality
• Prepare procurement documentation, perform cost analysis, and negotiate commercial and contract terms
• Manage contract reviews and execution in coordination with Legal and Procurement teams
• Oversee vendor onboarding, compliance screenings, and documentation management
• Maintain accurate procurement records and support ad hoc procurement activities as required

• Experience in Supplier sourcing, pricing negotiations, contract renewal and vendor communication
• Experience in Purchase requisition and Payment processing
• Working knowledge of end to end procurement process , documentation and operationalization is definite advantage
