Senior Change Agent (Operations & Strategy / Facility Management)

The Opportunity:

With ongoing expansion and a strong focus on innovation, the organisation is scaling rapidly in Singapore and Asia, supporting major clients through technology adoption, process transformation, and performance‑driven outcomes.

The Job:

• Develop and execute end‑to‑end change management plans across the full project lifecycle.
• Conduct change impact assessments to support training, communications, and readiness planning.
• Identify and manage change‑related risks, resistance points, and mitigation strategies.
• Deliver clear and effective communication and engagement activities to support change adoption.
• Lead the creation of training needs analyses, training materials, and delivery of training sessions.
• Monitor adoption, readiness, and success metrics, adjusting approaches when necessary.
• Navigate operationally driven change environments and apply fit‑for‑purpose change frameworks.

• Identify key stakeholders and assess readiness, influence levels, and support required.
• Build strong working relationships with leadership, frontline teams, and external partners.
• Manage expectations proactively and maintain clear communication throughout project phases.
• Establish or support a network of change champions to encourage adoption across the organisation.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including IT, Operations, and external clients, to ensure smooth implementation.

• Support the onboarding of new clients, including systems rollout, operational process updates, and workforce readiness.
• Work closely with project engineers, frontline operations, and management to ensure systems, processes, and tools are successfully adopted.
• Provide structured communication, training, and project coordination between frontline technicians, supervisors, and leadership teams.

The Talent:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline
• Certification in Change Management (Prosci, CCMP, CMI, PCI, or equivalent).
• At least 10 years' experience delivering change management in mid‑to‑large organisations, including client onboarding and technology implementation.
• Ability to design and execute practical, scalable change strategies.
• Strong communication skills, capable of translating complex technical/business concepts into clear messages.
• Demonstrated experience influencing leaders, frontline stakeholders, and external partners.
• Strong understanding of project lifecycles and how change management integrates into each phase.
• High digital literacy and confidence working in technology‑enabled environments
