As an Assistant Manager, Facilities Management (Sustainability), you will be responsible for the following duties:

Drive sustainability and energy efficiency initiatives and support the organization’s Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) goals.
Collect and manage utilities data (energy, water, waste) and track sustainability performance indicators.
Support Green Mark certification and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Develop dashboards and reports to monitor sustainability performance and roadmaps.
Collaborate with Facilities Management vendors and internal stakeholders to implement sustainability initiatives.
Coordinate sustainability reporting, including ES scorecards and resource management plans.
Lead sustainability campaigns such as Reduce, Reuse and Recycle (3R) and promote behavioural change initiatives.
Support outreach programmes to foster a culture of sustainability.
Provide technical support for energy efficiency improvements, including building systems review and enhancement projects.
Identify opportunities to standardize and strengthen sustainable practices across facilities.
Any other ad doc duties as assigned.

Requirements

Possess a recognised Degree in facilities Management or equivalent.
