Development & Maintenance (D&M) Administrative Support (3 Months Contract)

Work Location: Tessensohn Clubhouse

As a Development & Maintenance (D&M) Data Entry Administrative in our Development and Maintenance Team, you will report to our Manager, D&M and Senior Assistant Manager, D&M.

What you’ll be doing:

• Provide accurate data entry of FY24 and FY25 budget book into Excel and maintain proper documentation records
• Consolidate FSR rates into Excel
• Perform data entry support for Development & Maintenance team to ensure smooth running of the administrative matters
• Ensure all data is accurate and consistency
• Perform any other ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned and when required

We want you, if you have/are:

• Fresh graduates or at least 1 year of relevant working experience in doing Administrative
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• A mindset to work independently, be resourceful and self-motivated.
• Proactive and with good learning attitude.
