Project Executive / Engineering Coordinator (3+3 Months Contract)

Join a healthcare infrastructure project team supporting large-scale building and engineering development works in Singapore. You will assist the Electrical & Mechanical project teams in coordination, documentation, stakeholder engagement, and project tracking.

Responsibilities:

• Support project coordination, meetings, and follow-up actions
• Liaise with consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders
• Assist with reports, presentations, documentation, and timeline tracking
• Provide administrative and operational support to project teams

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Engineering, Building Services, Facilities, or related disciplines
• Candidates with Electrical/Mechanical/building project exposure preferred
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Able to work in a fast-paced project environment
