Key Responsibilities:

Ensure smooth and efficient daily operations
Process payments accurately at the designated counter
Respond to customer inquiries with excellent service
Provide support for additional duties as assigned

Key Requirements:

GCE O Level with at least 1 year of customer service experience
Proactive, resourceful, and skilled at problem-solving
Open to working rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays

Working Hours:

Rotating shift: 4 days work, 2 days off
10am to 10pm, 10pm to 10am (2 hours break)
Training and Uniform provided!
