Quantity surveyor

Responsibilities
- Responsible for quantity take-off and cost estimation for quotation/tender and on-going projects with specific deadline.
- Liaise with suppliers /Sub-contractors and source for competitive quotation.
- Submission of monthly progress claim & variation order (VO).
- Evaluation of sub-contractors’ progress claim & variation order.
- Final account settlement with sub-contractors and clients.
- Contract documents administration.
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the management.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of working experience with building construction
- Preferred experience in full QS role in A1 Main-con.
- Minimum Diploma in Civil Engineering / Building / Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
- Proficient in MS Office.
