Role Overview

As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for acquiring new small and medium enterprise (SME) clients and offering tailored financing solutions. This is a proactive, sales-driven role focused on expanding the loan portfolio through aggressive outreach and relationship building.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new SME clients through cold calls, referrals, and networking

 Build and maintain strong relationships with SME clients

Collaborate with internal credit and operations teams to ensure smooth loan processing
Stay updated on market trends and competitor offerings
Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience in SME loan sales or business development
Proven track record in banking, leasing, or capital loan environments is a plus
Strong “hunter” mentality: proactive, aggressive, and results-driven
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Degree in Business, Finance, or related field preferred
Existing network in SME or commercial sectors is a plus
