Our client is a fast-growing Audio Visual and Technology Solutions provider specialising in Unified Communications (UC), multimedia, and IT infrastructure solutions for multinational corporations, Fortune 1000 companies, and government organisations.

The Assistant Sales Manager will be responsible for driving new business development and growing existing enterprise accounts across UC and IT solutions. This is a client-facing, target-driven sales role focused on pipeline generation, solution selling, and long-term account growth.

You will work in a hybrid environment, collaborating with regional teams and reporting to the Head of Sales.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive sales of Unified Communications, multimedia, and IT solutions to enterprise clients, MNCs, and government organisations
  • Develop and execute account plans and sales strategies for assigned sectors
  • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline through cold outreach, existing accounts, and inbound leads
  • Grow and manage customer relationships to increase wallet share and long-term account value
  • Work with internal teams and solution consultants to design and deliver tailored proposals
  • Deliver confident presentations and manage full sales cycles from prospecting to closing
  • Provide strong pre-sales and post-sales support to ensure high customer satisfaction
  • Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs
Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Business, IT, or related discipline
  • Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience (preferably in UC, IT, or technology solutions)
  • Experience in solution sales or SaaS-based environments is an advantage
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with client-facing experience
  • Proven ability to build relationships and drive revenue growth
  • Self-motivated, energetic, and results-driven mindset
  • Good command of English (Other languages are a plus)
  • Open to travel regionally when required.
