Social Work Associate [Buangkok / Social Science]

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct needs assessments to develop appropriate programs, including evaluating and managing risks.
• Plan, lead, and facilitate various programs.
• Use assessment tools to develop and evaluate group work outcomes.
• Create and implement group processes and specialized intervention strategies.
• Facilitate, assess, and review group therapy sessions to ensure they meet the needs of residents.
• Apply restorative practices, including planning and facilitating restorative circles.
• Support case management by preparing for and attending all necessary case-related meetings, and maintain strong working relationships with stakeholders, including parents and schools.
• Complete all required documentation.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma in Social Sciences with experience in mentoring and working with youths.
• Prior experience working with youth-at-risk is advantageous.
• Strong engagement and facilitation skills.
• Good knowledge and experience with social work interventions, social policies, and community engagement.
• Excellent communication and writing skills.
