Customer Service Officer
About the role
Join Sasha Management Resources' dynamic team as a Customer Service Officer based in the Kembangan Region. In this full-time role, you will be the face of the company, providing exceptional customer service and support to our diverse client base.Your strong communication skills and problem-solving abilities will be instrumental in delivering a seamless customer experience. This role requires you to work in a 12-hour shift, where you will work for 3 days, and then have 4 days off, and vice versa.
What you'll be doing- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing accurate and timely solutions
- Handle customer complaints and concerns with empathy and professionalism, working to resolve issues
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow up as needed
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met
- Identify opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and suggest process improvements
- Adhere to company policies and procedures to provide a consistent customer experience
- Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call centre or customer service environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities to handle complex customer inquiries
- Adaptable and able to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and a passion for resolving customer issues
