About the role

Join Sasha Management Resources' dynamic team as a Customer Service Officer based in the Kembangan Region. In this full-time role, you will be the face of the company, providing exceptional customer service and support to our diverse client base.

Your strong communication skills and problem-solving abilities will be instrumental in delivering a seamless customer experience. This role requires you to work in a 12-hour shift, where you will work for 3 days, and then have 4 days off, and vice versa.

What you'll be doing
  1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing accurate and timely solutions
  2. Handle customer complaints and concerns with empathy and professionalism, working to resolve issues
  3. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow up as needed
  4. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met
  5. Identify opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and suggest process improvements
  6. Adhere to company policies and procedures to provide a consistent customer experience
What we're looking for
  1. Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call centre or customer service environment
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers
  3. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities to handle complex customer inquiries
  4. Adaptable and able to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  5. Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and a passion for resolving customer issues
