Job Description- Industry/ Organization Type: Maritime
- Position Title: Admin Assistant / Registration Clerk
- Working Location: City Hall
- Working Hours: 5 days, Mon - Fri (9.00am - 5.30pm)
- Salary Package: Basic up to $3000 + AWS + Performance Bonus + Yearly Increment
- Duration: Permanent
- Prepare and submit documents for vessel registration.
- Communicate and coordinate with ship owners, ship managers, lawyers, banks, and financial institutions.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date registration records.
- Provide administrative support including scheduling and file management.
- Respond to inquiries regarding vessel registration processes.
- Other duties assigned by management.
- Diploma in Maritime Business / Business Admin or equivalent.
- Experience in an administrative role, maritime industry experience preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office and database management.
- Individuals without experience are encouraged to apply, training is provided.
