We’re representing our fashion client in their sourcing for a visionary Creative Content Manager to lead the development of compelling, trend-forward content that elevates our brand presence across digital and traditional platforms. This role blends creativity, strategic thinking, and leadership to shape the visual and narrative identity of the brand.

  • Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Content Strategy: Develop and execute a cohesive content strategy that aligns with brand objectives, seasonal campaigns, and product launches.
  • Creative Direction: Oversee the conceptualization and production of visual and written content—including photoshoots, videos, social media assets, and editorial stories.
  • Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of designers, copywriters, photographers, and freelancers to deliver high-impact creative work.
  • Brand Storytelling: Craft engaging narratives that reflect the brand’s voice and aesthetic across all touchpoints—website, social media, email, retail, and advertising.
  • Campaign Management: Collaborate with marketing, merchandising, and e-commerce teams to plan and execute integrated campaigns.
  • Trendspotting: Stay ahead of fashion, cultural, and digital trends to ensure content remains fresh, relevant, and competitive.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor content performance metrics and use insights to optimize future creative strategies.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with press, influencers, stylists, and external agencies to amplify brand visibility and storytelling.
  • Content Calendar Ownership: Maintain a dynamic content calendar that supports business goals and seasonal priorities.
  • Quality Control: Ensure all content meets brand standards for quality, tone, and consistency.
  • Requirements & Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, Fashion, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in content creation, creative direction, or brand storytelling—preferably within the fashion or lifestyle industry of several zone/countries.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing successful campaigns, editorial content, and social media storytelling.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro etc) and other relevant tools.
  • Deep understanding of fashion culture, consumer behavior, and digital platforms.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, constantly changing and deadline-driven environment.
  • Experience with photo and video production, including on-set direction.
  • Passion for fashion, creativity, and innovation.
  • Good networking skills, connecting and networking with the media and sakeholders for ongoing/future collaborations.
  • Willingness to work beyond the traditional standard office hours
  • Willingness to travel overseas.
