About the Role

We’re seeking a visionary Creative Content Production Manager for our fashion client to lead the end-to-end production of high-impact visual content across digital, social, and experiential platforms. This role is perfect for a creative powerhouse who thrives at the intersection of storytelling, production logistics, and brand strategy.

You’ll oversee everything from concept development to final delivery—ensuring that every piece of content is not only beautifully executed, but also strategically aligned with our brand goals.
  • Key Responsibilities
  • Content Production Leadership: Manage the full lifecycle of content creation—from ideation and pre-production to shoot execution and post-production.
  • Creative Direction: Collaborate with internal teams and external creatives to develop compelling visual concepts that elevate brand storytelling.
  • Project Management: Oversee timelines, budgets, and resources for multiple concurrent projects, ensuring on-time and on-brand delivery.
  • Team & Vendor Coordination: Lead cross-functional teams including designers, videographers, editors, stylists, and freelancers. Source and manage external production partners as needed.
  • Multi-Platform Execution: Produce content tailored for various channels including social media, web, email, paid media, and in-store displays.
  • Quality Control: Maintain high creative standards and ensure consistency in visual identity, tone, and messaging across all content.
  • Asset Management: Organize and archive content assets for easy access and reuse across departments.
  • Innovation & Experimentation: Push creative boundaries by exploring new formats, technologies, and storytelling techniques.
  • Requirements & Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in creative production, content creation, or visual storytelling—preferably in a brand, agency, or media environment.
  • Proven track record of managing photo and video shoots, from concept to completion.
  • Strong understanding of production workflows, creative tools, and post-production processes.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and stakeholders.
  • Deep knowledge of content trends across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
  • Proficiency in creative software (Adobe Creative Suite, Final Cut Pro, Premiere, etc.).
  • Strong visual eye and storytelling instincts.
  • Experience managing budgets and negotiating with vendors.
  • Ability to lead with both creative vision and operational precision.
  • Willingness to work beyond non-conventional office hours, in order to see certain tasks and timelines through
