Responsibilities:

• Ensure operations meet service levels, timelines, and customer requirements
• Act as main point of contact for customers and resolve issues promptly
• Ensure compliance with Customs and controlled goods regulations
• Maintain accurate inventory through cycle counts and stock takes
• Plan manpower to meet operational needs and productivity targets
• Monitor staff attendance and performance
• Handle purchase requests and maintain proper documentation
• Resolve operational and safety issues and implement improvements
• Work closely with HR on staffing and employee matters
• Identify ways to improve processes and efficiency

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related discipline.
• Minimum 3–5 years of logistics/warehouse operations experience, with proven experience managing a team of at least 12–15 headcount.
• Proficient in SAP (WM/MM or equivalent systems) for inventory and operational transactions.
• Good understanding of warehouse operations, inventory control, and compliance requirements.
• Proven ability to manage a small team and drive performance outcomes.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with strong problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to support shift-based / 24/7 operations when required.
