Overview:

The Customer Service Officer is responsible for providing exceptional service to customers from inquiry to vehicle return, ensuring a seamless rental experience. This role involves assisting customers with reservations, vehicle pick-up and drop- off, addressing inquiries and complaints, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Your Day-to-Day Adventures
  • Attend to customers enquiries and process booking accurately into the system
  • Guide customers through the vehicle pick-up and drop-off process, including vehicle inspection and documentation.
  • Handle customer complaints or issues related to vehicle condition, booking, or billing swiftly and effectively.
  • Conduct or oversee vehicle inspections before and after rentals to note any damages
  • Ensure vehicles are good condition before handing over to customers
  • Report and document any vehicle damages or maintenance issues promptly.
  • Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints effectively and professionally.
  • Collaborate with the fleet management team to coordinate vehicle availability and maintenance
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on fleet usage and performance metrics

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Basic computer literacy and familiarity with booking or reservation systems
  • Customer-focused attitude with problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of local traffic laws and rental policies will be a bonus!
  • Previous experience in customer service
  • Class 3 Driving License with min of 2 years driving experience is a plus!
  • Able to work on a 5.5 day calendar workweek
