Iris Educate Pte. Ltd. is seeking a talented and passionate Business English Teacher to join our dynamic team in the West Region. This full-time role is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the English language learning journey of our students.As a Business English Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and effective lessons that cater to the specific needs of professionals aiming to improve their English communication skills for the workplace.
What you'll be doing- Designing and delivering tailored Business English lessons that cover a range of topics such as professional communication, business presentations, negotiations, and workplace etiquette
- Assessing students' progress and providing constructive feedback to help them achieve their language learning goals
- Collaborating with the wider teaching team to share best practices and continuously improve the quality of our Business English programme
- Maintaining accurate student records and providing regular progress reports
- Participating in professional development activities to stay up-to-date with the latest teaching methodologies and industry trends
- A Bachelor's degree in Education, English Language, or a related field
- A minimum of 2 years' experience teaching Business English to adult learners
- Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and motivate students
- Proficiency in using educational technology and digital learning tools
- Flexibility and adaptability to cater to the diverse needs of our student population
- A passion for education and a commitment to helping students achieve their goals
