Business Analyst (Supply Chain) - Toa Payoh

There is now an exciting opportunity to join a well establish conglomerate as a Supply Chain Business Analyst.

Reporting into the Business Manager, you will be involved in the analysis and development of new opportunities for their supply chain business, that includes the research of industry trends, design and execution of innovative business models.

Responsibilities:

• Contribute to generating and developing new business ideas through research, benchmarking, and proposal creation.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to gather insights, align objectives, and drive cross-functional projects.
• Assist in preparing business cases, presentations, and financial models to facilitate decision-making and secure approvals.
• Monitor industry trends and competitor actions to guide strategic planning efforts.
• Help organize workshops, meetings, and innovation sessions to foster engagement and encourage idea generation.

You will possess a Diploma or Degree in Business, Engineering or Suppl Chain with at least 3 years experience in a relevant field. Strong familiarity with innovation methodologies such as Design Thinking and Lean Startup is highly desired. You will be described as an analytical, inquisitive and proactive individual with strong attention to detail.
