Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Operations Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing all aspects of our operations, from managing our janitorial staff to ensuring the highest standards of service delivery across multiple client accounts.

Your leadership will be key in maintaining our reputation for excellence and driving the continuous improvement of our services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Hiring of Janitors: Lead the recruitment, onboarding, and training of janitorial staff to ensure a high-performing team that meets our service standards.
  • Managing Multiple Customer Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with multiple clients, addressing any concerns promptly and ensuring ongoing customer satisfaction.
  • Manage and Monitor Janitors' Performance: Oversee the performance of janitorial staff, conducting regular evaluations, providing feedback, and implementing performance improvement plans as needed.
  • Manage Attendance Submission and Stock Ordering: Ensure accurate and timely submission of staff attendance records and manage the procurement and inventory of cleaning supplies to meet operational needs.
  • Team Leadership: Motivate and guide supervisors and janitors to deliver outstanding service, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Operations Management: Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficient scheduling, resource allocation, and adherence to service standards.
  • Quality Control: Implement and monitor quality control processes to ensure all cleaning services meet or exceed client expectations.
  • Budget Management: Develop and manage operational budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness without compromising service quality.
  • Health & Safety Compliance: Ensure all operations comply with health and safety regulations, providing training as needed.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and lead initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an Operations Manager or in a similar role, preferably within the commercial cleaning or facilities management industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in operational software and tools.
  • A commitment to delivering high-quality service and exceeding client expectations.
