Senior Operations Executive/ Assistant Operations Manager (Securities Financial Institution)

• Support and coordinate operational projects by gathering requirements, working withIT/vendors, managing UAT cycles, and ensuring smooth rollouts to business users.
• Develop user documentation and conduct training or walkthrough sessions to ensure successful system adoption.
• Communicate changes to timelines, processes, and project deliverables to stakeholders and ensure alignment throughout implementation.
• Execute daily operational activities including fund movements across various platforms, fixed deposit placements and rollovers, and transactional processing.
• Maintain product configurations such as interest rates and parameters within internal systems, ensuring accuracy and timely updates.
• Review payment and receipt transactions, obtain approvals, and ensure proper controls and documentation are in place.
• Handle operational enquiries from internal stakeholders and external partners, and investigate system-related issues with vendors or platform providers.
• Prepare reports, support audit/compliance queries, and maintain SOPs including drafting, periodic reviews, updates, and rollout of procedural changes.

• Diploma or Degree holder with 2 years of experience in operations, project coordination, or a similar role within financial services.
• Comfortable working on both BAU operations and project-based initiatives, with the ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently.
• Strong communication skills to liaise with business users, IT teams, vendors, and external partners.
• Meticulous and process-oriented, with good problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a regulated environment.
