About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to expand our client base in the marine and oil & gas sectors. The successful candidate will play a key role in identifying new opportunities, building strong relationships, and positioning our company as a trusted vendor with ship managers and marine service companies.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the marine and oil & gas industries in calibration, testing and repair work scope.
- Register the company as an approved vendor with ship management companies and other relevant organizations.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with shipowners, managers, and marine service companies.
- Prepare and submit quotations, proposals, and tenders in line with client requirements.
- Negotiate contracts and ensure favorable terms for both the company and clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of projects and services.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to inform strategy.
- Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of business development activities, pipeline, and client interactions.
