We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager / Manager to lead and oversee the administrative, academic, and operational functions of graduate programmes This is a key leadership role within the graduate programme team, ideal for someone passionate about education and operational excellence.

  • Salary: Up to $7k per month
  • Work Type: Permanent
Key Responsibilities: Programme Management
  • Oversee end-to-end administration of postgraduate coursework and research programmes.
  • Manage admissions, examinations, graduation processes, and student welfare.
  • Ensure compliance with academic and regulatory requirements.
  • Review and enhance processes to improve operational efficiency and align with best practices.
  • Oversee course proposals and curriculum review submissions.
Strategic Planning & Operations
  • Lead strategic planning for graduate administrative operations.
  • Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives and operational enhancements.
Admissions & Student Lifecycle
  • Manage admissions processes including application evaluation, interviews, and offer management.
  • Coordinate onboarding and orientation programmes.
  • Monitor student academic progression and milestone completion.
  • Serve as primary liaison between students, faculty, and administrative offices.
  • Provide guidance and support for student well-being in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
Governance & Reporting
  • Provide advisory support on graduate policies and regulations.
  • Perform data analysis and generate management reports to support decision-making.
  • Lead annual budget planning and tracking.
  • Work with auditors to ensure compliance and process integrity.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree with at least 5-10 years of relevant experience, preferably in a higher education or university setting.
  • Strong knowledge of admissions, programme operations, student services, budget and project management.
  • Proven leadership, strategic planning, and organisational skills.
