Job Scope:
Position Summary
The Sales & Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily sales performance and operational efficiency of the organization.
This role ensures the alignment between sales targets, operational capabilities, and customer satisfaction, driving both revenue growth and smooth business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Management
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company revenue targets.
- Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to meet or exceed sales goals.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
- Coordinate sales forecasts and report sales performance to senior management.
- Operations Management
- Oversee daily operational activities to ensure smooth and efficient business processes.
- Monitor inventory levels, procurement, and supply chain activities.
- Ensure operational policies and procedures are implemented and followed.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (finance, marketing, logistics, etc.) to align operational activities with business goals.
- Identify areas for operational improvements and cost efficiencies.
- Customer Experience
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service standards.
- Address and resolve customer escalations or service issues promptly.
- Collaborate with sales and service teams to enhance the overall customer journey.
- Team Leadership
- Recruit, train, and develop staff to maintain a high-performing team.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide continuous feedback.
- Foster a collaborative and results-driven work environment.
- Reporting & Compliance
- Prepare regular sales, operations, and performance reports.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and industry regulations.
- Monitor key KPIs and take corrective actions when needed.
Requirements:
