This role is critical in supporting the end-to-end execution and operations of wholesale loan products—including fund finance, structured finance, SBLC/LC, and various treasury products. Experience in banking operations, a strong understanding of regulatory compliance, and expertise in managing SWIFT systems and operational controls.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and support the implementation of new market products, projects, and initiatives, including the development and maintenance of operational policies, procedures, and Operations Procedure Manuals.
• Prepare and submit reports to Management, Head Office, and regulatory authorities such as MAS.
• Perform internal control functions, including policy and manual updates, audit support, Business Continuity Planning (BCP), and regulatory compliance in response to evolving requirements.
• Act as preparer/checker for SWIFT messages and oversee the management of the SWIFT system.
• Execute wholesale loan transactions including fund finance, structured finance, corporate finance, SBLC/LC, and various corporate loan products.
• Collaborate effectively with internal departments such as Fund Finance, Compliance, and Risk to ensure seamless operations.
• Ensure strict adherence to internal policies, procedures, and all relevant regulatory and compliance standards.
• Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• 6 to 8 years of experience in international banking operations, specifically in wholesale loans and various treasury products.
• Proven expertise in fund finance, structured finance, corporate finance, SBLC/LC, and a broad range of corporate loan products.
• Preferably familiar with treasury products such as FX, money market instruments, bonds, and derivatives.
• Strong knowledge and practical experience in operations processes with high attention to detail.
• Proficient in the use of the SWIFT system.
• Solid IT skills with hands-on experience in various banking and market systems.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
