Job Description

We are partnering with a leading agribusiness group to hire a Technical Service Executive (R&D) with expertise in specialty fats and oils. You will play a key role in supporting customers across global markets and driving food application innovations.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide world-class technical service and solutions to international customers, with a focus on specialty fats and oils applications.
• Engage proactively with customer R&D professionals to foster collaboration and understand their challenges and needs—enabling us to deliver tailored value.
• Offer expert advice on the use, formulation, and optimization of Wilmar’s specialty fats and oils in the customer’s end applications and products.
• Support Wilmar’s factories located outside of Singapore, providing technical input, troubleshooting, and fostering cross-cultural understanding.
• Stay informed on industry trends, customer product portfolios, and application technologies to anticipate needs and contribute innovative ideas.
• Work closely with our sales team and technical colleagues across countries to deliver integrated solutions and maximize customer satisfaction.
• Facilitate technical training, product demonstrations, and application workshops for customers and internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with customers to identify opportunities for product improvement and co-development, strengthening our long-term partnerships.
