We are partnering with a fast-growing company in the food ingredients industry, driven by a passion for innovation, quality, and sustainability. We're looking for a leader to join our executive team and help us redefine what's possible in food.

• Develop operational strategies to enhance efficiency and profitability, while managing budgets to optimize costs without compromising quality.
• Provide executive leadership for all manufacturing, supply chain, quality control, and logistics functions.
• Drive a culture of continuous improvement, ensure compliance with all food safety and quality standards, and collaborate closely with R&D and commercial teams.
• Spearhead key expansion initiatives, including new product launches, capacity increases, and the implementation of new technologies.

You will be responsible for leading, mentoring, and building high-performing, cross-functional teams.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain or related field.
• Minimum 8-10 years of operational leadership experience, ideally in food ingredients or manufacturing.
• Proven expertise in manufacturing processes, supply chain management, and quality control.
• Ability to drive efficiency, run growth strategies, and lead successful teams.
• Analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• China market experience is a significant plus.
