The Opportunity- Adecco is partnering with a Global Technology Company to search for an Executive Assistant to support a senior leader based in Singapore.
- This role will be responsible for managing the calendar and administrative needs of the CVP of Global Sales, Marketing, and Operations.
- Working hours: Monday - Friday (Office Hours); Hybrid (3 days Work in Office)
- This role will start out as a contractual assignment.
- Expected Start Work Date: early-Mid July
- 8+ years of relevant Executive Assistant experience, supporting C-level executives
- Strong calendar management experience, with the ability to handle complex scheduling across multiple time zones (Asia, EMEA, US)
- Demonstrated experience in expense management, purchase order management, and travel coordination
- Proactive and able to work independently in a fast-paced, global environment
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality
- Excellent communication and coordination skills with the ability to liaise effectively with senior leadership and diverse teams
- Candidates with prior experience in large multinational corporations or fast-paced industries will be highly preferred
- Flexibility with time zones and availability for emergency support when needed

- Executive Calendar Management: Proactively manage the CVP's calendar, coordinating meetings across Asia, EMEA, and US time zones.
- Travel Management: Handle domestic and international travel arrangements, including bookings, visa processing, and related documentation. Ensure all travel-related expenses are processed in a timely manner.
- Expense Management: Submit and track expense reports in accordance with company policies, ensuring proper allocation to cost centers.
- Purchase Order Management: Raise purchase orders, approve invoices, and ensure supplier compliance with internal policies and procedures.
- Onboarding & Offboarding: Coordinate onboarding support for new hires and handle offboarding procedures for departing employees.
- Event Management: Plan and coordinate logistics for internal and offsite events, including team meetings, workshops, and morale-building activities.
- Other Administrative Tasks: Provide overall support to the senior leadership team, including updating organizational charts, managing shared calendars, and assisting with ad hoc administrative needs.
