Senior Credit Admin Executive

We are seeking a meticulous and proactive Senior Credit Admin Executive to support the end-to-end loan processing workflow. In this role, you will work closely with the Sales and Credit teams to ensure timely and accurate preparation, review, and administration of credit documentation.

You will also be responsible for verifying that all required documentation is complete, compliant and properly executed prior to loan disbursement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and underwrite loan documentation submitted by the Sales team, and ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
  • Perform due diligence to confirm completeness and accuracy of all borrower documentation in accordance with internal credit policies and regulatory standards.
  • Provide administrative and operational support to the Sales team, including system update, documentation tracking and contracts generation.
  • Work hand-in-hand with internal and external stakeholders (Sales, Credit Risk, Legal ) to follow up on documents and facilitate contract execution.
  • Monitor and track documentation status to support timely disbursement of loan facilities.
  • Assist in system data entry, reporting, and the preparation of internal summaries or checklists as required.
  • Provide support during internal/ external audit processes.

Job requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in Business Admin or other equivalent courses
  • Minimum 3 years of administrative experience. Candidate with relevant background would have added advantage.
  • Proficient in Chinese (Mandarin) to handle documentation and agreement submitted in Chinese and to liaise with China office.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational and time-management skills.
