About Us

We are a professional services firm offering a comprehensive range of corporate solutions, including company incorporation, accounting, taxation, compliance, work passes, and immigration solutions. We are looking for people-oriented individuals with strong coordination skills and a passion for working with international clients to join our growing team in the following roles:

1. Business Development Executive
2. Customer Service Executive

Position 1: Business Development Executive

• Identify and reach out to prospective clients to drive business growth
• Arrange and attend business development meetings and networking events
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
• Collaborate with external partners for lead generation
• Work closely with internal teams to develop tailored service solutions based on client needs
• Conduct customer due diligence (CDD) and KYC checks in line with compliance requirements
• Perform any other ad hoc duties as required

Position 2: Customer Service Executive

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, handling inquiries via phone, email, and messaging platforms
• Guide clients through the onboarding process from initial engagement to service delivery
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve client requests and follow up on outstanding matters
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in the CRM system
• Provide guidance on documentation and procedures
• Conduct KYC checks in accordance with compliance requirements
• Perform any other ad hoc duties as required

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance or related field
• People-oriented with strong coordination and multitasking abilities
• Comfortable working with international clients from diverse backgrounds
• Experience in corporate services, immigration services

Salary: SGD3,000 – 3,800 + Performance Bonus
