Assistant Compliance Officer - Junior / Entry-level

Location: Jurong East

Basic Salary: $3000 - $3500

Responsibilities:

Ensure adherence to Singapore regulatory requirements, laws, and industry standards.
Perform KYC, AML, and due diligence reviews on clients and related parties.
Assist in the development and upkeep of compliance policies, procedures, and controls.
Maintain proper and up-to-date compliance records and supporting documentation.
Support internal audit exercises and regulatory examinations as required.
Assist in communicating compliance requirements and providing basic guidance to internal teams.
Escalate and report any identified compliance issues or breaches to management promptly.
Stay updated to regulatory developments and support implementation of necessary updates.

Requirements:

Willing to learn, Training is Provided
Familiar with KYC, AML, and Singapore regulatory requirements.
Good understanding of due diligence processes and compliance controls.
