This is a high-impact leadership role driving data integrity governance and GxP computerized systems oversight across R&D, Pharmacovigilance, and Medical Affairs on a regional and global scale.
You will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the Data Integrity strategy, partnering with senior stakeholders across QA, IT, and R&D to ensure robust compliance, inspection readiness, and continuous improvement.
This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned QA leader to influence enterprise-wide data governance frameworks and contribute to digital transformation initiatives, including AI-enabled QA oversight.
Key Responsibilities- Lead execution of global Data Integrity strategy across APAC
- Provide QA oversight for GxP computerized systems and business data processes
- Drive audit & inspection readiness, including CAPA and deviation management
- Partner cross-functionally with senior stakeholders across R&D, PV, MA, and IT
- Champion risk-based compliance frameworks and governance models
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives leveraging analytics and emerging technologies
To be shortlisted for the role, you will come with:
- 10-15 years' experience in QA, CSV, or IT compliance within pharma/biotech
- Strong expertise in data integrity & GxP systems governance
- Proven track record in audit/inspection leadership and CAPA oversight
- Experience working in global, matrixed environments
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive cross-functional alignment
- Fluency in English and the ability to communicate in Mandarin (for stakeholder management) will be an added advantage
