Pastry Chef / Senior Pastry Chef
RN Care Toa Payoh Full-time
Prepare and produce a variety of pastries, cakes, desserts, and baked goods
- Follow standardized recipes while maintaining quality and presentation
- Assist in developing new dessert items and seasonal menus
- Ensure daily kitchen operations run smoothly and efficiently
- Maintain high standards of food hygiene, cleanliness, and safety (SFA regulations)
- Monitor ingredient freshness, stock levels, and minimize wastage
- Work closely with the kitchen and service team to meet production timelines
- Ensure proper storage and labeling of ingredients
- Comply with company SOPs and halal certification guidelines
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Pastry Chef or Baker (minimum 1 preferred)
- Experience in cakes, tarts, desserts, and modern patisserie
