About the Role
Are you passionate about people, culture, and creating meaningful workplace experiences? We're looking for an energetic and driven individual to lead engagement and strategic planning initiatives for SG IBGO - supporting over 600 amazing colleagues across Singapore!
In this exciting role, you'll partner with senior leaders to shape our people strategy, drive transformation programs, and bring engaging experiences to life-from skip-level meetings and town halls to wellness events and D&I initiatives. You'll also craft compelling communications, manage content calendars, and support business planning efforts that make a real impact.
What You'll Bring- A degree in HR, Communications, Business, or related field
- Experience in internal communications, engagement or planning-ideally in banking or similar
- A flair for content creation, event planning, and data storytelling
- Positivity, creativity, and a keen eye for detail
