This is a one-year contract position with the possibility of extension based on performance and project needs. The role offers a hybrid work schedule, combining both in-office and remote work to provide flexibility.
Responsibilities- Strictly manage the project’s / event's timeline and ensure efficient delivery of events / projects
- Work closely with our in-house specialist teams to ensure smooth operation and production of each marketing project.
- Liaise with third-party partners and/or vendors to make sure their deliverables are provided as requested.
- Assist the Account Manager in managing a portfolio of clients and tracking marketing budgets.
- Proactively assess the project budget to identify potential risks before they affect deliverables.
- Proven proficiency in project / events management
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in an events/marketing role
- Analytical, performance-driven, and meticulous eye for detail with strong teamwork skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills preferred for developing marketing communication materials
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Relevant experience as a marketing specialist or in events management will be a distinct advantage
- Degree in Marketing Communications or related disciplines
